Is it okay, is it okay,
Is it okay for me to like someone this much?
Is it okay, is it okay,
Is it okay for me to believe in someone this much?

My favorite food is fried chicken
Oh, and also my mom's homemade chicken with ankake sauce,
But neither of them can win, neither rival you.
If you were the meal, then I could have
50 helpings of donburi - though if I say that,
You'll say something like "well then, try it,"
But that was all just a metaphor.
Well if I'm told to do it, since I'm a man,
Since Furano is cold, since I like you,
Since I want you to understand me just a little bit...
By the way, I don't mean anything weird by "meal," so don't hate me, okay?

It's okay, it's okay, if it's the person you've chosen.
It's okay, it's okay, if it's the path you've chosen.

I wonder how many times I've made you cry?
And compared to that, how many times I've been able to make you smile?

Moreover, you happen to have that combination technique
Where you cry with happiness, so I lose track of the rest.

I should just repeat "I'm sorry" and "Thank you".
The ratio is pretty evenly 50-50,
But if for example, I've said each 999,999 times and I'm facing my last moment,
"Thank you" will win for sure,
It'll definitely reach that one millionth time.
Because, because, because because because,
Because the last words I'll say in this world will be "thank you" to you.

Is it okay, is it okay,
Is it okay for me to like someone this much?
Is it okay, is it okay,
Is it okay for me to fall this hard?

It's okay, it's okay, if it's the person you desire.
It's okay, it's okay, if it's the path you desire.

When I searched for the meaning of being with you, the answer was to live through tomorrow.
When I searched for the meaning of living through tomorrow, the answer was to be with you.

It's okay, it's okay, if it's the person you love.
It's okay, it's okay...

It's okay, it's okay, if it's the person you've chosen.
It's okay, it's okay, I'd actually rather you be that way.

Is it okay, is it okay,
Is it okay for me to like someone this much?
It's okay, it's okay,
If it's the person you've chosen,
If it's the person you love,
If it's the person you desire.

Other Places and Me

Because I'm not wearing one now!
Ahahahahahahaha-cough,cough-hahahahaha
okay, just joking. I'm wearing a skirt so please keep your head safely out of the gutter
or as nee-san likes to think: dam

So, I'm updating for the lulz.
No, wait. Not entirely.
I have a point somewhere in here
It's just not sharp enough.

Just a few minutes ago, I've been prt sc-ing some sites I frequent.
I visited my livejournal acount and noticed that I haven't been updating there for quite some time. Just look at the date:

Definitely [So Long...Ago]
That was my last post.
Lol, Allen shouldn't look like that. Yuu wouldn't like it if he makes other girls turn into a fangirl.

I kind of miss looking for LJ icons like this one that makes me giggle.
Okay, this one is a bit PG-rated. lol
I used to look around for Suju icons. Especially the funny ones.
It's a 100X100 so it doesn't take much space in my HD.
Ah...good memories.
*headdesk*

Oh yeah!
I changed my myspace layout to have a KHR theme. It looks rather plain so I've reached my objective.
I've also uploaded pictures. Haha
Come visit if you have time

Hey, it's little but please take into account that I'm an introvert
I wonder if it was just me who contributed much on my devart pageviews.
but...wah...I've come this far....

The list of shounen manga at onemanga.com
The ones in red box are the ones I'm reading/following
It's a bit shocking to see that Mahou Sensei Negima falls under the shounen category since the majority of characters in it are girls.
Thus the [WTF?!]

Lol, I haven't added Aneki and nee-san.

Chocolate Trauma

To nee-chan who traumatized everyone with the Cadbury joke,
I found something that can relate:

If you get it, let's say this together...
EEEEWWWW!!!
yeah...

I'll still eat Cadbury though
-_-;;

Ramadhan Begins

Thus...
Ramadhan this year began with me surrounded by my family.
Alhamdulillah.

Those little souveniars are finally handed out and I see my sisters using it.
The potpuri has also been tested. It smells nice but burns out too fast.

^my accumulated animanga collection in KL.
I'm not sure if I'm starting to miss home there but I'm still constantly remembering it.
It's just so comfortable and fun to be with my family again...
laughing together...eating together...bumping into each other...sharing hugs...biting people...grop- eh...that's private
oops.

^"CONGRAT FESHNIE"
Chocolate Cake!
Nee-san and okaa-san went out and bought it~
So nice.
Arigatou nya~
To celebrate me getting full marks on my magazine and Imouto-chan getting #2 in class!'
Sorry, imouto-chan, there was only space for my name.
^_^;;

So...It's Ramadhan now.
Nee-chan wrote an entry about our first day [here]
It's full of pictures and I did a weird pose.
Lol.
Second day of Ramadhan passed with chaos already.
*shameless laugh*
We woke a bit later and seemed to rush our Sahur a bit.
I think I was practically inhaling my food but I didn't have any serious thoracic accident.
When we broke fast even, we had to eat our kurma in the kitchen but we settled down into our joyful heap of laughter later on so it wasn't that bad.
There was pineapple today and I was very ecstatic.

^Mukuro's hairstyle resembles a pineapple if you look hard enough.
It's a bit disgusting to think like this but I felt like I ate Mukuro's hair.
Hahaha
I went on the weighing scale after that and it read 50kg. It's an ideal weight for me though.
Compared to yesterday; I, who was a 47, jumped to 52 after our session of breaking fast.
It's a bit embarrasing but it's nothing too bad.
In 2008, I weighed 48kg all-year-through.
I'm not too scared or overly-conscious about my weight since I've always thought I should pack more than I was. It's good for future child-bearing issues.
Yes, I'm a person who thinks about things like that already.
I imagine having a medium-sized family.
Kinda like mine now. With lots of girls.
3 is okay but the limit should be 5 probably.
I'd consider more if I marry early, hehe.
Okaa-san married when she was 23 and had Aneki around a year after that?

Hah...what am I talking about already?
All in all, 2 days have passed with nothing too bad happening. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

-fangirl rant starts here-

So I was on a spree today for 1827 fanfics but I didn't find much of what I want. I tried to finish reading 'Want Me'. It's guardians27 but I got pretty bored.
There wasn't much internet today but I still managed to dl APH from episode 13 to 30.
Since most of the APH episodes are around 4:59
lol, 1 second away from 5 min
so it didn't take long.
I finally get to hear Romi Paku more clearly since she's portraying Switzerland.
I'm such a happy fangirl now.
For some reasons, I feel overwhelmed when English speaks.
I don't know.
I really hate Uchiha Sasuke but his seiyuu just seems to make something tingle in me. Sugiyama Noriaki has such a unique voice that I can tell instantly from all others. Kinda like Romi Paku but Sugiyama-san is a guy.
I can't tell much guys apart, seriously.
It's like only Sugiyama Noriaki and Takahiro Sakurai.
.
.
.
.
.
I want to eat Moyashi(beansprout) next!
note: D.Gray-man's Allen Walker is nicknamed 'Moyashi'
for his lack in height.

The Return

lol, it's a bit too late to use this but whatever.
Finals just passed~ and I'm enjoying the sem break back home.
How many months has passed already since I was here?
The house still looks like it has always been.
Somehow, the 'home' aura given out here is much stronger than when I was at that condo.
But that is to be expected.
I still hold slight resentment though at the fact that the house resembled a rat's hideout during the night of my return.
Unable to fight the situation, I got coerced into cleaning up their mess a little.
Imouto-chan was the one who cleaned up the house anyway. lol.
If it had been a laundry with 40% of my clothes, it wouldn't have mattered if I was the one who had to hang them out but I only had my blouse in there.
The unfair feeling flairs a little more now that I'm reminiscing. Oh well.
What's passed has passed.
Still, I am not a person who can willingly clean up after somebody.
Not even myself.
All in all, the house has already looked neat so I shouldn't complain.
Yesterday, my aunt had to go for a CT scan at the hospital.
I tagged Okaa-san for a while until my cousin took over so that she could be there when they did it.
I went home with nee-san. Unexpectedly, I had quite an enjoyable time with her even though it was just a drive back and to pick up okaa-san.
Today...
...didn't work out how I wanted it.
There was no helping it though.
I originally planned to beg Okaa-san to let me go out on a last minute date with Seobang.
Tomorrow is Ramadhan after all.
but my male cousin fell from the roof and panic ensued on the other side.
I can't actually go out and have fun when a family member is in a fix, can I?
Nee-chan had also come down with a fever, so there goes our chaperone.
I feel bad for not informing the condition here to him but I'm kind of afraid he'd take all this as just me giving excuses.
What should I do?
*sniff*
Aneki is coming back tonight too.
...and I haven't handed everyone their little KL souveniars that I went out of my way to buy.
except Imouto-chan
could this be mere forgetfulness or an act of stupidity?
I haven't been doing much lately regarding my return home.
I indulged a lot on my hobbies though.
The internet speed here is remarkable. I'm ecstatic at how fast my downloads are going.
Regarding animanga:
-fangirling starts here-
Yeah, I'm concentrating on finishing dl-ing the stuff at blog126 but I'm getting caught up in dl-ing the 1827 and 6927. lol.
Before returning home, Anje and I watched Toradora up to the 13th episode. I can't give a complete review about that yet since I think I should watch it to the end before I give biased opinions.
Once I got home, I tried to catch up on my KHR reading. So far I've finished the Varia arch and entering the TYL arc. I stopped reading a day ago I think. It was starting to get tiring somehow and TYL Yamamoto is no longer there for me to ogle anyway.
I want dearly to see TYL Hibari and TYL Mukuro but I think they won't enter as soon as I'm hoping.
*sigh*
Yesterday, I've been acquinting myself with the KHR anime and seiyuus. The line-up for the seiyuus aren't very interesting as they're using fresh seiyuus.
I absolutely like 18, 27 and 69's seiyuus though.
Gah, 18 and 69 sound so cool!
Gokudera was pretty...unexpected however. The kind of voice that he had wasn't how I imagined it would have been when I first read KHR.
Not that it's bad.
Lambo and I-pin are cute too. Reborn has a charm too, I guess.
The KHR OST however...
I can't believe how AMAZING it was.
I'm thinking of searching for it at Animetech once I go on one of my weekend dates to Berjaya TS.
Kak Long won't be there to go out with me on those dates though. Her sem is finishing around the time I get back there
T^T
I hope Anje is free. We did agree to go buy that dress.
Recently also, because of the absolutely cool and fast internet line, I managed to download the APH comic strips.
I've begun to favor England and Austria so much more.
Hmm...what else...
Oh yeah!
D.Gray-man got a jumpstart return in Akamaru Jump last 17th Aug. There was like 40 pages to fangirl over. Hoshino-sensei's drawing style has changed again too and their uniform is a bit off. All the exorcists are also getting separate missions.
Talking about separate,
Allen got separated from Link
*fangirl whimper*
Plus, the Earl's got horns under his hat. It was to be expected but it kind of surprised me since Hoshino-sensei has been playing jokes about there being rabbit ears under that tall hat.
.
.
.
.
.
Hibari-san, please bite me too
...just not to death.
note: Hibari's favourite line is "I'll bite you to death"

My Own Tutorial

INTERNET!!!!!!!!!
Yah.
So yeah. I'm going to do a little tutorial incase the future me forgot how to do it.
It's a "How-to-colour-flash-photographed-drawings" tutorial.
I'll be using a simple drawing for this tutorial:

Sawada Tsunayoshi looking OOC

First is to open it in photoshop lol.

Second, I resized the image from 1600X1200 to 800X600.
This is just for the lulz as I don't want too much data for a rather empty drawing

Then, I change the level(ctrl+l) so that the outline is more darker and the background is more brighter. It'll turn out like something below. It comes in handy for the wand tool.

For some reason, I like to work on a new layer and leave the background layer untouched incase I do something wrong with the new layer.
So here, I duplicate the background and select the new layer.

With the new layer, from the blending menu, choose 'Multiply' and you'll notice the picture darkening.
This helps when colouring as the lineart will seem untouched later when colouring.

Insert a new layer beneath the lineart layer and colour it with any colour of your choice. It doesn't matter what as this layer is just to help act as a new background for erasing the flash effects on the picture.

Now, for the erasing part, select the lineart layer.
I use the erasing tool to well, erase all the unneeded dark lines

For erasing, there are 2 options. One, is the eraser tool. Two, is the combination of the wand tool and the eraser tool.
Below is the demonstration of both tools:

Using both techniques is better because certain lines are too hard for the wand tool to distinguish.

This is the end product.

For colouring, have a reference picture near.
For this picture, I used Mukuro for the skin colour. Notice that I pointed out the dark and light tone.

For the skin base, I use the light tone.
Under the lineart layer, I made a new layer for the skin colouring.

for the dark tone, first I make a new layer. After that, I change it into a clipping mask.
From the menu bar: Layer -> create clipping mask(alt+ctrl+g)

the layer will look like this

From there, it's much easier to colour the dark tones as it won't run outside of the light tone's territory.

After that, I blur it for the lulz.
Like, seriously.

For the hair, the same process is repeated. Only this time, I use Tsuna.

End process of fixing up the hair.

Now the sleeves

This is the final product . Pretty average but I like how it turned out. As for the floral decoration in the background, it's from the freestyle symbols.
I think
.
.
.
.
.
My first tutorial. Yay.

Twice the Work

BTW, I won't be having internet access from this evening until next Wednesday probably. Our kind hearted broadband owner is going to return home
*envious*

"I feel just like shooting her(me)"
somehow...Kak Long is always saying that when she sees how free I am at the moment.
Lol. Can't blame her though.
I'm entirely free of any assignments now and is just basically waiting for finals to come and get it over with.
I'm not spending this free time doing nothing though!
I've been immersing myself in my hobbies again.
but now I'm focusing on improving my colouring.
I'm doing a lot of KHR fanarts at the moment
*is a total 1827 and 6927 fangirl*
Because I didn't have any scanner, I had to capture it with my phone's camera.
Lol, I didn't know a random 2.0megapixel could satisfy me.
Align CenterThe early sketches of my earliest KHR fanart

I lined it in class 2 days ago when everyone was presenting in front.
Lol, sly fox.
Oh yeah and the signs they're holding say:
from left: "tsunayoshi desu!" "hibari" "rokudo mukuro~<3"
It's their names.

This was the one I coloured in PS but the art was from the un-lined version of the three so the lines didn't compliment the art as much as I wanted.
This was just trial colouring anyway.

This one was another drawing I did that I captured with my phone.
My SonyE S302 is now working as my scanner.
I'm so thankful I at least have that.

The coloured version of it.
Lol, the dimness quality of the picture taken by the phone camera really gave the picture a gradient look.

The thing with having my phone as my scanner is that it takes longer for me to render the picture as I need to erase the paper wrinkles, darken the lines, erase the dark texture on certain subjects that I think is inappropriate.
All in all, it's an entirely new experience and it eats up on my time quite a lot. I'm starting to get the hang of it though
Still, when I get back home, I'm going to properly scan things. A lot of the drawings I took pictures of came out blurry
.

Full Marks

Okay, first of all, I've already told a lot of people the good news and people were happy for me.
The first thing I need to say about this is: Alhamdulillah
I kept chanting that throughout the bus ride home.

The day started fine actually.
I felt no pressure while I was on my way to class. I arrived a bit earlier than the norm and bought myself a bottle of something sugary so that I'd keep awake.
When I saw Nadia, a close classmate of mine, she seemed a bit stressed about her attire.
Our lecturer strictly said that we are to present in a formal attire.
As for me, today was my first time going to class in baju kurung.
Lol. I felt nothing weird about it though.

"Are you nervous?" Nadia asked me.
To be polite and understanding and not come out as someone overly confident, I nodded.
Time passed though and somehow along the way, I began to feel the pressure.

I was pretty confident about my magazine actually because it came out looking like a magazine, as plain as it is, and I was very careful about the overall layout until the very end. I didn't procrastinate much this time and I was really sure that I fitted most of the criteria my lecturer was looking for. I made sure that the colours matched well and I made sure no words run short.

Hell, I even wrote two articles by myself
Even when she said she wasn't going to read it anyway.

When she arrived, my magazine was the first one that she took a look at and I grew pretty conscious when she said nothing about it.

A lot of students arrived late today and Nadia wanted to use that oppurtunity to save herself from being embarrased in front of a large crowd. I thought about it too but I didn't really mind either way. Somehow though, Nadia got into a nervous-wreck right at the beginning and insisted that I do it first.

I was like: 'WTH? You're the one who wants to escape from being embarrased so why do I have to be first?'

In the end, when even Khairul(male classmate who I met during orientation) said, "Let the japanese girl do it first", I got up and really did it.

I was the first one to present my magazine...

...and I ultimately sucked at it.
-_-;;

I didn't really know what to say but I said what I felt like I should say and after positively worrying the lecturer because I was trembling too much, I said my thanks and sat down. After that, people presented and I only gave half my attention to most of it. I didn't feel like turning depressed if I see their more creative design.

It's not that I'm being a show-off or proud but I noticed that most of them didn't seem to put much thought into what they were doing and they didn't take it as seriously as I thought we all should have. One of them even blamed the printing shop for her own mistakes. I felt kind of sad seeing some of them putting in just random things in and calling it a magazine worth buying.

I'm glad that I chose Cosplay as my theme.
Because it was something that I liked, I put all my heart and effort into it. I think I would have been pretty insulted if I got a bad mark.

So, once the last person presented, our lecturer called up three names. None of it was mine. I could only remember 'Ikhlas' and she announced that she wanted their magazines because they got full marks. My heart crumbled to pieces then and there because I thought that my magazine was not worthy of full marks eventhough I put in so much of my heart and sweat into it.

Then, she suddenly looked directly at me and said, "Ikhlas. You're Ikhlas right?"
I was dumbfounded. Literally
I had been mistaken for someone else.

Now I'm happy though because it turns out I was the one who got that full marks
